Office Hour Changes Effective April 7, 2025

Effective Monday, April 7th, the office will be open Monday through Thursday from 9 - 4 am. This change has been made to better facilitate our shared ministry with Ogden and Red Deer Lake. Both sites now share office hours and can therefore share deadlines making it easier on everyone.

It is important for our staff to regularly meet in-person. We now have a monthly staff meetings that takes place in-person (and one on zoom). The office may be closed (pending volunteer availability) for these meetings happening on the second Tuesday of each month in the afternoon.

The ministry team (Rev. Bill, Rev. Danah and Rev. Joanne) will have regular office hours at the McDougall site on Monday and Thursdays from 10 am - 2 pm. Again the goal is better collaboration as all the ministers will be in the same place at the same time. Should you wish to speak with a minister, this is an excellent time to stop by the church or call to speak to someone.
