Prepared to Drown: Meet April 4th Special Guest

Prepared to Drown is a monthly recorded podcast & live event with a variety of exciting themes exploring the intersection of faith & the world we live in today. Our next live recording is Friday, April 4th. This is not our usual recording day.

The Podcast Episode is “Dinghies and Yachts: Rising Tides and Other Fish Tales”

Podcast features: Rev. Bill Weaver, Rev. Joanne Anquist, Ricardo De Menezes and special guest MLA for Calgary-Acadia Diana Batten

Diana Batten is the elected MLA for Calgary-Acadia and serves as the Official Opposition Critic for Childcare, Child & Family Services. Growing up, Diana worked at her family’s store and became a small business owner at the age of 19. She then went on to become a research scientist, registered nurse, and educator. As a Registered Nurse, Diana was on the frontlines in our health care system. Diana lives in Calgary with her fiancé and their rescue dog Sylvie & cat Peppercorn.

We hope that you will consider coming out and joining us live.
