Meet Your Leadership Council: Daren Patterson - Co-Chair Leadership Council

Over the next weeks, we are going to be introducing you to an amazing and hardworking group of people here at the church, your leadership council! This is the group that governs the church and makes decisions around: Vision, mission, and strategic planning, Policy development and organizational oversight, Annual budget, Reporting to the Congregation, Relationship with the Chinook winds regional Council and the UCC General Council and Pastoral relations.

Meet Daren Patterson - Co-Chair Leadership Council 

Daren has been attending McDougall United Church for the past 40 years. During this time, he has had the opportunity to volunteer on a number of committees and participate in a variety of fellowship groups. He hopes that McDougall continues to be a strong part of the Acadia community for many years to come. During the next year he hopes to see an increase in the number of members participating in the vast array of programs provided by the church. These past three years as Leadership Council Co-chair has provided him with a greater insight into the dedication of our staff to the vision and mission of McDougall. He looks forward to continuing volunteering his time and supporting the work of McDougall for many years to come.
