February News
Ministry and Personnel Third Quadrimestre Report (September – December 2024), The most important part of my report is to say I have been dealing with depression caused by family issues. I have not done a good job of my Ministry and Personnel duties. I am feeling very disorganized and lack energy. I absolutely need someone to take over the Lead position, or co-lead it with me. Thank You Jen! We, the congregation of McDougall United Church, would like to sincerely thank Jennifer Heidebrecht for all her wonderful talents that she shares with us. She is a marvelous singer and volunteers many aspects of singing and music with us tirelessly and joyfully. We are indeed very lucky to have her with us! She is also a very dedicated Office Administrator for our church that runs a very efficient office. We are truly blessed to have Jen in our church.

Refugee Group - All dressed up! Some of the female members of the McDougall United/Christ Moravian refugee group attended the celebration of the marriage of two of our Palestinian family members. They said it was wonderful to attend this music-filled experience of Palestinian culture.

One of my favorites sketches is one where a couple is suffering through a cold winter blast, checking the 7 day forecast, and on day 7 it is +1.
