Christmas Hamper Program 2022: Sharing Christmas

THERE ARE MANY WAYS YOU CAN HELP

  1. By making a monetary donation – this helps purchase the vouchers we provide for the recipient to purchase food.  Please make cheques out to McDougall Christmas Hamper Fund.

  2. By choosing a gift to buy from the “Angel Tree”(on Web site).  Each gift would cost $30.00 to $40.00.

  3.  By adopting a family.  See below for more information.  

  4. Volunteering to pack, wrap, deliver, and bake.  Sign up sheets will be set up later in November.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE ADOPTION PROGRAM

        Ways to adoption

  • Complete – Choose the size of family you would like to adopt - buy gifts, provide grocery voucher, baking and delivery. Each gift would cost approx. $30.00 to $40.00 and a grocery voucher for $50 per person.

  • It has been determined that the cost for the complete adoption of a family of four is approximately $450.00 to $500.00

  • Partial Adoption  – gifts/grocery voucher/baking/delivery

Choose the size of family you would like to adopt - Buy and wrap two gifts: one of clothing and a personal gift for each family member, each gift would cost approx. $30.00 to $40.00 and/or a grocery voucher for $50 per person, provide baking and delivery.  

Any part of the adoption you do not wish to do – gifts, grocery voucher, baking or delivery please advise the hamper coordinator Ken Turnbull so that the committee can complete the hamper.
