Acadia Pantry -looking for able bodied volunteers to help throughout the summer months

CAN YOU HELP? 

The Acadia Food Pantry provides free food on monthly basis to those in our community who are in need. Over the last several months, we served an average of 175 individuals per month. 

The Pantry is looking for able bodied volunteers to help throughout the summer months as some of our regular volunteers take vacations. A commitment of one or two mornings during the months of July and August would be required. Senior high school students would be most welcome.

The Pantry is also looking for able bodied volunteers with a larger vehicle who can help with one or more of the following: picking up food; delivering hampers or taking care of cardboard recycling. This would require a monthly commitment.
