Acadia Pantry Fundraising Lunch Wrap Up

On April 2, 2023 the Acadia Food Pantry team hosted a fundraiser lunch as a way to express appreciation to the members of McDougall United Church for their support of the Pantry and to kick off the Pantry’s 2023 Fund Drive. 

Pulled pork sandwiches, coleslaw and an array of desserts made by our volunteers was served. The Pantry organizers would like to thank all those who helped prepare and serve the lunch as well as all those who donated. Proceeds from this event will go towards purchasing food items for those in our community experiencing food insecurity.

• Recurring monthly debit donations can now be made. 

• 100% of your gift will be used for the purchase of food.

• Donations are eligible for a charitable tax receipt.
