This has been a busy quarter due to the fact that with Rev. Anquist being on Sabbatical in the spring, the annual reviews were put off until the fall. Forms were revised to reflect Covid complications to jobs and then between Marilyn Bates and myself, we have just about finalized the reviews.
Cost of Living and salary increases were dealt with and the resulting budget implications were calculated.
Contracts were negotiated for the new year for Justin and Tanya, plus we are trying to finalize the part time contract for Nik Sloat, who was our Intern for the past few months.
Christmas / yearend bonuses were finalized.
