Douglas Stanley Sparrow

May 19, 1932 - May 4, 2014

Doug Sparrow, devoted husband to Morag Sparrow for 55 years, passed away in the presence of family in the compassionate care of the staff at South Health Campus in Calgary, Alberta on May 4, 2014 at the age of 81.

He was a compassionate man who lived for his family and leaves behind four sons; Ronald, Graham, Mitchell and Timothy along with numerous grandchildren. Loyal, honest and moral, Doug worked for the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce for 39 years and served diligently in his church for 43 years.

A Memorial Service will be held at McDougall United Church, 8516 Athabasca Street SE, Calgary on Monday, May 12, 2014
