October 5th Market: We are looking for baking

On October 5th we are hosting a Fall Artisan Market at McDougall from 10 - 4 pm. As part of the market we will be selling baking at a bake table. All the money that we raise through the market table sales, bake table and concession will go back to the church. We are looking for baking that we can sell. The best part is that we can accept the baking now so that you can bake when you feel inspired and then bring it to the church. The last day we will be accepting baking is October 3, 2024. We will freeze the items so that they are fresh for the market. Volunteers will be ready to accept your baking on Sunday’s after the service or feel free to bring it to the church office during office hours (starting Tuesday office hours are Tuesday - Friday 9 am to 4 pm and 12 to 1 pm on Sunday). It would be great if you could bring the baking in without individually packing it, just leave it in the pan or put it in a container. We will package the baking prior to the market. Also, if you could label it with your name, what the item is, any special notes and list of ingredients.

We hope that you will help us out by providing some baking prior to October 3rd and then by coming and supporting our market. In addition to a curated selection of vendors, we will have door prizes, a silent auction, concession, children’s craft and of course our bake table. Invite friends and come to this fantastic event. It is open 10 - 4 pm. You can learn more by visiting the Fall Artisan Market event.

If you would like to volunteer to help packing the baking or to help with the market, please consider signing up to help. Volunteer positions are trickling in and can be found here (more positions will be added as we get closer).

This event is being put on by the Marketing and Fundraising Group.
