2023 - Q1 Ministry and Personnel Report

This quarter has been made a bit busier when Rev. Joanne Anquist decided that she needed to move to ¾ time for personal reasons. We entered into discussions with Ogden United and Rev. Bill Weaver about seconding 10 hours per week to cover the pastoral care for the core of the congregation, while Rev. Cox continues to provide pastoral care to Family and Community congregants. Our committee prepared documentation for the Town Hall and Annual General meeting regarding

funding for the Choir director and Family Support Worker positions and the additional hours for the Office Administrator. For each of these roles the required paperwork was completed.

Ensuring employees are treated fairly and concerns are heard remains a priority for Ministry and Personnel.
