2023 - Property Q4-23 Report

The main elevator to the lower level requires repairs again; these are In process. The outside doors and some interior doors have been re-keyed. Inspections and maintenance continues as required. Burning Bush (room 17) has been renovated for a meeting room, Holy Grounds (room 8) is being renovated for new McDougall programming, and children’s programs moved into room 14. Acadia Pantry is now using room 3 at no cost. Due to growth in their congregation, Jesus Baptist Church requested more space and now are using the former Sarah and Ruth Halls as their sanctuary plus rooms 2,4,5, and 11 (former Ogden UC office). They removed the Sarah/Ruth wall at their cost. The renovations and re-allocation of space was initiated by their request for more space.

Jerimiah Laquette joined staff in September part time. We welcome his talents and ability making many repairs as well as efficient janitorial work.
