Nature Speaks to Us  -  Reconciliation Mural

Community and congregation members, including Indigenous and non-Indigenous families and individuals, participated in a Reconciliation Mural Project for the interior of the church. Participates painted a 1-foot square
canvas that was integrated into a large community-created mural. All ages and painting skills participated (our youngest painter was 2 and our oldest in her 80’s).

The mural is installed inside the west entrance of McDougall United Church. We encourage you to take a few moments to check it out next time you are at the church.

The Reconciliation Mural Project was funded by the Chinook Winds Region through a grant.
