It is with sadness that we notify you of the passing of Rev. Dr. Mark Bedford on September 10, 2023, Penticton BC.
Rev. Bedford was the minister of McDougall United from 1971-1984. Any messages of condolence and support can be sent through the office and will be forwarded to the family.

Obituary

The family of Mark Bedford of Penticton, BC is saddened to announce his passing on September 10, 2023. He passed into the presence of Jesus at the age of 92 years.

Mark will be remembered and sadly missed by his loving wife, Josephine (Jo); children, Evan (Denise) of Red Deer, AB, Kathy (Jim) of Calgary, AB and Mary-Ann of Calgary, AB; grandchildren, Alex, Emily, Sophie and Mark; step-grandchildren, Amy and Zachary; brother, David (Margaret).

He is sadly predeceased by the mother of his children, Mair; and siblings, Lewis and Mary.

A Celebration of Mark’s Life will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Oasis United Church, Penticton, B.C.
