PEIRCE, Allan Frederick
February 28, 1935 - January 25, 2013

Allan Peirce passed away peacefully at the Peter Lougheed Centre on Friday, January 25, 2013 at the age of 77 years. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Allan is survived by his wife Heather; son David (Alice); daughter Shelagh (Mark); three grandchildren, Colby, Samuel and Isobel; brothers, Ronald, Robert and Paul; sisters Donna and Susan; nephew Ben; and nieces, Casey, Darcy, Lisa, Pam and Melanie. He was predeceased by his parents, Hubert and Mary Peirce. At Allan's request there will be no formal Service. A reception to honour Allan's life will be held at McDougall United Church (8516 Athabasca Street S.E.) on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. In the spring, Allan's ashes will be placed in the Memorial Garden at McDougall.
