We are revamping our cooking classes! We were perhaps a bit too ambitious in our timing and organization of the events, so we're changing things up a bit. For this round of classes we are doing one class on either August 10 or 11 and adjusting the price to $15 a person. This summer we are very excited to offer youth aged 14 - 18 the opportunity to expand their skills while gaining confidence in the kitchen. 6 different classes will be offered with three different menus. We encourage you to bring a friend and sign up for multiple classes.

Youth will cook a meal to consume as well as make leftovers that they can take home to share with their family. We encourage you to bring containers to bring leftovers home (medium to large size).

Here is a tentative itinerary of what will be covered:

2. Knife and Stove/ Oven Safety

5. Plate Food
