Open Table: King Cake & Mask Making Party Celebrating Carnival

We hope that you will be able to join us for a Carnival themed event that includes dinner.

Behind the Mask: Learn little know but amazing facts about carnival from a local New Orleanian

Enjoy authentic food with options for the pickier eater. Mask making activity while learning about the history of Mardi Gras. This event is open to All Ages and families of all types.

Menu includes vegetarian creole with or without chicken, red beans and ham with rice.

Rev. Danah Cox hails from New Orleans and is excited to share his love of Mardi Gras.

The registration cost for this event is $5 per person with donations collected at the door. We understand that this can be a tough financial time for many, if the cost of the event is a deterrent to your attendance please use code “Carnival” during check out and your cost will be covered. We want you to attend and are happy to accept a donation for whatever you can contribute. Donations are happily accepted at the door for any amount (big or small) and help us cover some of the costs of the event.

Advanced registration is required and closes Wednesday, February 7 at 1 pm. There is a waiting list you can sign up for if the event fills up. You will be contacted if a space opens up.
