April 6th, 2023 is Maundy Thursday, or Holy Thursday, in the Christian Tradition. Maundy Thursday commemorates the institution of the Lord’s Supper, or what we often call Communion, in the Gospel accounts of Jesus’ life.

This year, you are invited to join us for a Maundy Thursday meal, hosted by Ogden United Church, in the hospitality hall. The meal will begin at 5:00pm, with a very brief service at 6:00pm to usher us into the period which commemorates the passion, death, and resurrection of Jesus. This period includes Good Friday and Holy Saturday, and ends on the evening of Easter Sunday. A free will offering is welcome, but any and all who want to join in the meal are welcome to attend.
