Chinook Region Annual Meeting: This Weekend
The Chinook Region Annual Meeting is taking place at McDougall this weekend. It starts Thursday, May 2 and goes through till Sunday, May 5’s worship service. We are in for a treat this Sunday as we get to witness the ordination of a number of new ministers. As Rev. Bill Weaver reflected on at this past Sunday’s service, this is a really great opportunity for us to be there for this momentous occasion. That said, this service will be a little different than our typical Sunday service and will likely go longer than our usual hour and fifteen minute run time. We encourage you to come and show your support! Following the service you will be invited to join us in Hospitality Hall for lunch.
A HUGE Thank you to everyone for stepping up and helping us fill so many volunteer spots over the next few days! McDougall truly is a remarkable place full of some amazing people! Please know how much we all appreciate you!
A number of resources were provided to conference attendees including some history about McDougall. If you are new to McDougall or want a refresher I encourage you to check out the Chinook Region Annual Conference Webpage as it is a great summary of all things McDougall.
